About Cramer and Neill Refrigeration

Cramer and Neill began in 1982 and has grown to become a leading supplier throughout Geraldton and the surrounding Mid West of Western Australia in Commercial and Residential Air Conditioning, Commercial Refrigeration and Mechanical Ventilation.

In September 2007 after 25 years the trading entity of Cramer and Neill was sold.  The new owners Tony Emmott and Darrell Forth had been in senior management roles in Cramer and Neill for many years, and saw the opportunity to further develop the business to meet the growing needs of the region.

Our business has now grown to employ 25 full time people including 6 apprentices.  We pride ourselves on our diverse range of services with selection, installation, testing and commissioning, service and maintenance of a wide range of systems. This means our clients get a full package when they deal with Cramer and Neill.

Training
Almost since it’s inception Cramer and Neill have had a commitment to training, under the new ownership this commitment has been maintained and enhanced. In addition to apprentices we look for trainee opportunities in administration and warehousing, and ongoing training for qualified staff to ensure they are up to date with product developments.

Safety and Environment
As a cornerstone of the business philosophy of the new owners Cramer and Neill is investing more than ever in developing safety systems for our staff and our clients.  Continuous training is undertaken to ensure we continue to maintain a safe work environment.  Investment in training, equipment and processes to ensure we minimise waste and adopt responsible work practises is an ongoing commitment of the company.
