Company History

Cramer and Neill Refrigeration commenced operations in Geraldton on the 31st August 1982 servicing residential and small commercial air conditioning and refrigeration clients. In 2007 to coincide with its 25th Anniversary the ownership of the business transferred through a management buyout.  Since taking over the business the current management team has continued to look for sustainable growth opportunities, some of which have included the capacity to undertake large commercial projects outside the Geraldton area.

With the continuing growth of the business, the owners decided in 2009 to relocate to the current premises on the Northwest Coastal Highway in Geraldton.

Since 1982 Cramer and Neill has evolved into a medium sized service oriented company with a staff of over 30 and has developed a solid experience base in domestic and large commercial air conditioning, refrigeration and mechanical services.  The growth of the company over this time has enabled us to manage larger and more complex commercial jobs and expand our customer base to include some of Western Australia’s large commercial construction companies.

The company’s Managing Director Tony Emmott is integrally involved in the daily operations of all areas of the business as well as providing the strategic direction.

Tony moved to Geraldton from Perth and took over the operational reins of the business in 2000 after a career in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry which commenced in 1980, he continues in the role of Managing Director/General Manager today.

The diversity of experience within the team enables us to take on not only large jobs but niche or complex jobs, over many years Cramer and Neill are proud of the reputation they have built with the Mechanical Consulting fraternity in respect of quality and with the Construction and Building Industry with respect to on time and on budget delivery.
